        • The majority of our clothing fits true to size, however there are some items that run smaller or possibly larger.  Make sure you are reading the descriptions before making your purchase to ensure the item will fit how you want.
        • General Size Chart is S:2-4 M: 6-8 L: 10-12 XL:14 1XL: 14-16 2XL: 18-20 3XL: 20-22 

        Shipping costs & Lead time:

        • Under normal circumstances your order will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. (weekends and holidays do not count) 
        • All items are shipped priority with insurance so you can receive your items as speedy as possible
        • Shipping fees are $8 for one item, $9 for two and $10 for three or more. FREE shipping on any order over $150 

        How do I return an item/s?

        • To initiate a return or exchange, visit the following page:
        • There is a strict policy that we will not accept returns on items that have a pet or smoke odor. Additionally, any undergarments are NOT returnable.
        • From the time your return is approved, you MUST return it within 30 days. After 30 days, your request will be cancelled and void.
        • A return MUST be initiated and requested within 7 days of delivery.
        • Free gifts, promotional items, or final sale items are not returnable!

        How do I exchange an item?

        • If an exchange of an item is needed ie: sizing issues, needing a different color, etc, we will first check to see if the item is in stock. If the item is in stock, we will email you with the status.  You would then send the original item you need to exchange back. Upon receiving the item and an inspection, we will issue a refund back to your original card used for the original item purchased.  **NOTE if you do not purchase the item to exchange, you will receive a credit or gift card which will be dependent on if your purchase was through our website or through CommentSold.

        How does an Issuance of refunds/credits work?

        • If an item is purchased through a Facebook Live sale, our Mobile App, or a Wall Drop, you will receive a credit onto your CommentSold account.
